This workshop format allows for a more comprehensive and in-depth exploration of inversions.
We welcome All Levels for creating a judgement-free space where everyone can learn and progress together. Beginners can build a strong foundation, while more advanced practitioners can refine their skills and explore more complex variations.
You will learn drills that will help you build strength, control, and confidence in skills such as L handstands, floating to top & back of the mat, pike handstand, tuck handstand and much more.
We will cover a mix of theoretical and practical components, covering topics like proper alignment, safety considerations, and personalization for different bodies. This will ensure everyone leaves the workshop feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to take their inversion practice to the next level!

Grounded and Growing with UDYC: A 5-Week Pre & Postnatal Yoga Journey
About the Program:
This 5-session yoga series is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Each week features a new theme to support your birthing journey, movement for strength and flexibility, and breathwork for labor and beyond.
Open to all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Led by Registered Prenatal Yoga Teachers (RPYT)
No heated classes - comfortable, soothing environment
Props provided (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, rugs)
We welcome all bodies, identities, and abilities into our space. No yoga experience necessary! This is a community-focused class, offering a space to connect with others on a similar journey.
Next Series Start Date: Every other Sunday, 1 - 2:15PM, starting March 30 - May 25
