Pup Dog (Foundations - All Levels)

Pup Dog is a back-to-basics class designed to slow down your practice, refine your breath, and focus on the foundations of yoga.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to enhance your practice, this class is perfect for you!

The studio is cooled to a comfortable 70-75°F.

Power Flow (All Levels)

Power Flow is a continuous progression of breath-based movements aimed at building sweat, mobility, and strength.

Instructors curate vibrant playlists, provide cues to enhance your experience, and offer optional hands-on assists.

The studio is heated to a comfortable 80-85°F.

Power Flow (Levels 2 & 3)

Power Flow is a continuous progression of breath-based movements suitable for yogis with intermediate and advanced experience. However, all levels are welcome to join. Instructors provide vibrant playlists, cues, and optional hands-on assists.

The studio is heated to a comfortable 80-85°F.

Slow & Spicy (All Levels)

Slow & Spicy is designed to slow down your practice. With that filtered-through-Nutella feeling, you will grow stronger, feel the shaky burn, and reconnect to your breath.

This class is suitable for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.

The studio is heated to a comfortable 80-85°F.

Fast Dog (All Levels)

Fast Dog is a condensed 45-minute version of our Power Flow class, perfect for squeezing in a rejuvenating yoga session during your lunch break.

Instructors provide vibrant playlists, cues, and optional hands-on assists.

The studio is heated to a comfortable 80-85°F.

Twilight Yin (All Levels)

Twilight Yin offers a restorative and calming experience. In this class, you'll have the opportunity to hold poses for 3-5 minutes, allowing your muscles to relax and your connective tissues to stretch.

Yogis use props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps to enhance their practice.

The studio is heated to a comfortable 70-75°F.

UDYC lobby

First Friday Community Flow (All Levels)

The first Friday of each month, UDYC offers a…drum roll…discounted Power Flow class and an outing with the yogis (think hot dogs at Ivy & Coney, happy hours Dacha Beer Garden, good times all around!).

The perfect opportunity to try new things and make new friends.

Yogis with memberships and class packs do not need to purchase the class separately.

FRQNCY Breathwork (All Levels)

Breathwork provides the perfect opportunity release what you don't need, claim what you want, and own your worthiness to receive what is vibrant and new.

In this breathwork group, hosted by FRQNCY’s Meghan Gifford, we use an activating three-part breath technique to drop into our bodies, release anything that is in our way, and welcome in fresh energy.

Bring a journal, a water bottle, and an open mind!

Private Instruction (Group & Private - All Levels)

For those seeking a more personalized experience, we offer private instruction for individuals and groups.

We can support your practice:

  • in the UDYC studio,

  • online (virtual flows lead by an instructor in real time, to adapt to your needs), and

  • at your workplace (we’re thrilled to lead in-person workplace flows in the DMV area).

Whether you want to focus on personal goals, try new asanas, or challenge yourself at your own pace, our private sessions provide a fabulous opportunity to dive deep into your practice.
